Flower Farming To Go

Flower Farming To Go

Tis the season to start your seeds! We’ve been on a seed planting spree, indoor planting of course, to prepare for spring! Have you started planning your spring gardens?

We have a huge conundrum this year- we want to go all in on our gardens and continue our wildflower farm plans. BUT…We are also planning on moving this year! So what’s a girl to do?

We’re making a garden to go! We’ll be using small raised garden bed planters that we’ll be able to move with us at the end of the season. This is a completely experimental project, so wish us luck!

Our big plans for 2025 include adding a wildflower farm element to the business. We plan to start selling pressed wildflowers along side our original creations soon. We’ve been researching, planning, buying, and growing for the past few years in preparation. One of our most beloved Colorado wildflowers- the Columbine- takes about 3 years to really start blooming. So let’s just say, we’ve been very patient!

If you’re curious how we’re going to pull this off- make sure you’re following us on FB or Insta. If you’re interested in planting some native wildflowers of your own, learn with us! And let’s all admit that gardening is NOT a relaxing, easy hobby. It’s in fact, a labor intensive, super complicated, expensive endeavor. But it’s so worth it when you see those Spring seeds starting to sprout!

Jewels Bright
